While the CMA will give you a true picture of the market possibilities for your home, other factors are involved in setting an "Asking Price."  As the seller, you may only want to sell if you can clear X amount of dollars to invest in a new home.  Or, you may need to sell quickly, so we would consider setting the Asking Price on the low end of the market.
