We are diligent.  The first step any Realtor®  takes in marketing your home is entering your home's information into our local MLS (multi list system).    Other websites (such as Realtor.com, Google, Yahoo, etc) "pull" information and pictures of your home from our local MLS.  If this info is incomplete your home may not compare well to other homes, causing your property to take longer to sell.  We strive to enter FULL and COMPLETE information about our listings.  By doing this we are putting information into the hands of the buying public and other Realtors® who may have a buyer for your home.  All of our MLS listings will have a link to the Visual Tour.
